RE:RE:RE:RE:DOJA Cannabis & Tokyo Smoke Close Merger and Launch Hiku

RE:RE:RE:RE:DOJA Cannabis & Tokyo Smoke Close Merger and Launch HikuI'm basically in the same boat.  I made about the same multiple as you in HIP, but pulled out a little more, and reinvested the rest in DOJA.  I'm a little pissed about the number of shares issued to Tokyo Smoke largely because of a statement made on one of DOJA/HiKU's websites that stated an expected market cap following the merger - the statement was as of Decemeber 17th sometime, and I calculated the purchase price of Tokyo Smoke at around 30 million, which would have been about 12.5 million shares at that time.  56 million is a significant increase from there.  Highly annoying that they wouldn't have released the terms of this deal prior to it actually taking place.

It's also a little concerning that they don't mention any expansion plans in terms of production capacity on their websites.  They seem to be content with the 5,000kgs by the end of 2018.  I hope that changes.
