Shadow Of Nordgold

Shadow Of NordgoldHere we are, hovering around our 52 week low, after the first day of trading out our spinco company.  I look at all this company has been thru both in FG and Nevada, and I see the winner here is Nordgold. For a $35 million dollar investment, they control 55% of the FG project, which we believe has an insitu value of 10 times that. Now that Columbus is primarly all about the FG project, they also, at last report, hold 10% of our outstanding shares, or when you think about it gives them 65% of FG. Then to boot, being a holder of say 15 million CBT shares, granted them an additional 3 million shares of Alligent. So, the political climate isn't right that a Russian owned company would hold a budding stake in a USA based gold company, I could see them selling off their spinco shares, adding a couple of bucks and taking their Columbus stake up to the 19.9% "friendly" investment level, which would then make us 75/25 partners in FG. All for maybee $60 million tops. The steal of the century.....
