It'll be interesting to check sedar when this closes and find out who was in on this PP. The timing make sense especially heading into Friday's Bloomberg Future of Mobility Summit in Silicon Valley, in which AMY will be a panelist. It leaves the door open for an oversubscribed PP if they are able to drum up some institutional support.
