Can somebody explain to me

what this statement is all about from yesterdays NR ???

Due to cash flow constraints related to the collection of receivables, specifically a " change in business focus to the ( personal injury market ) " which requires additional time for settlement and subsequent collection.

What the heck does that mean in english folks, other than the fact they are out of money. GLTA..................... Hay
