RE:Completions start dates?

RE:Completions start dates? From IBR's Dec 20/17 Op Update: "....Back-to-back completion operations for 5-22 and 102/5-22 are expected to initiate late January and begin flow back to the Company’s Elmworth 2-23 Facility in February..."  It appears from the info I've seen that both Hz's were finished drilling on time so completions, unless there's a scheduling hiccup or some regulatory issue, would either be getting setup to start or already underway.

Why would you think the share price should be going down prior to the testing of two important wells?  "Tough to say where bottom is..."?  This makes no sense to me except for games being played by the "wolves at the door".  The timing of this price weakness is as odd as it gets.  Just like RJ crapping all over the stock last summer in August just as the new team pulled off a very successful completion on their last well.  Anyone else think this price weakness seems kinda orchestrated?
