RE:You are right and I am wrong?I think you are wrong.  I'm not sure what you are talking about when you are referencing "deals".  I'm guessing you are making a play here because you track stocks that have had abnormally high volume?  My experience has been that PP's tend to set a floor - at least psychologically anyway.  Once people relax and see that dilution is a necessary step - then share price normally retraces to some degree.  I just care abut being "right" long term.
