RE:RE:Investment Canada Act

RE:RE:Investment Canada ActOK...but what about including China in the Airbus/Bombardier deal??

China is where the greatest sales potential is for the CSeries.  The rest of the markets (USA and elsewhere) are mature, saturated, and consist primarily of replacement aircraft.

China is the prize.

Bombardier/Airbus should seal a deal with China while China is still in the USA’s bad book.

What will happen next

Canada prevented a deal with China to not transfert the technology and pressured Bombardier for a deal with Airbus. You can be sure that Canada with its loan to Bombardier had a word to say. Canada will not revise its decision, it just does not make sense. The deal is not finalized yet but if it would ever fail, Boeing could not get a new deal with Bombardier before a few years like may be 5 years. It is written in a clause. It is not may be but not only a sure thing but a 150% sure thing. Stop wasting your time with frivolous speculation about a new deal with Boeing.
