RE:$1.30

RE:$1.30The delays that they had: bad weather, construction delay, trucks breaking down, cracked vessel are all temporary problems. Once fixed, steady state operation looks to be good.

Gold absorbed onto carbon was low in Q4 of 10,509 oz versus 25,434 oz stacked on pad.
The new CIC coming online in Q1 should result in a jump in oz produced.

"the planned Carbon-in-Column (CIC) plant expansion is complete. The newly installed second CIC plant will nearly double the processing capacity with throughput increasing from 18,000 solution tons per day to 30,000 solution tons per day.
The additional CIC capacity will be operational in early Q1 of 2018."

Since the strip ratio is lower than planned, the AISC could turn out to be lower than in the PEA once steady state is reached.
