RE:RE:RE:RE:Fake Spot Price continues to influence.I read a good article on Kazatmprom a few weeks back regarding spot price. Uranium is the only commodity where there is such a big divergence between spot prices and term prices and one of the things the commentator (cannot find the link for the life of me now) said is that there was a big advantage in Kazatomprom bring these two closer togerther That is spot prices would go up closer to term pricing. Whether that will happen remains to be seen but it is a very opaque market and no-one really knows what is going on or how the price is actually set. I do not think supply and demand are the only factors at work here. Bottom line I do not pay much attention to the daily ups and downs of spot pricing but you are right...a placebo for the unwary investor.
