AGM Circular on SEDAR

AGM Circular on SEDARSo we are getting 3 new directors. And by-law change to effect advance notice policy for any attempt to propose an alternate slate of directors. The Chinese group still holding 10M shares and subbing in another director candidate. Mr. Ciavarella is out, Mr. Mannard and Siemens coming in. Thoughts please?
