Ooops did I forget to mention that they are building in stages? first 1.5M sq ft. will be completed by 2022, with the remaing 13.5M sq ft. to be completed by 2028. Outdoor will be used when whether conditions permit, We, PND.v's board believe that we will be able to get at least 1.5 cycles in annually... the half cylce will be allowed to freeze and then continue growth in the next feasible grow conditions
