yes it should go up, but the problem is, it's already beaten down severely low now.. so it will go up to what, something that we've already seen anyway?

ie. If pre-license this is at .40/share, and after license it goes up to say .55 a share, what good is that?? the lower this is, the less of an impact the rise will be
