RE:An informative interview with Mangazeya CEO Sergey Yanchukov ``- Shares of Mangazeya Mining are traded in Toronto, are there any plans to leave, and bargain, for example, in Moscow? Or in addition to stay in Moscow?``
``- We are implementing a large-scale investment development program. And all the company's resources are directed at it. Therefore, we do not have any serious plans for equity, for leaving the exchange or for entering new sites.
We do not plan to attract additional funds from the market, we use our own funds and borrowed funds for the investment program.``
As the question was specific to share trading and which exchange the shares will be traded - in this case I think ``investment development`` refers to an investor development program to raise the equity market cap, as oppose to a capital iinvestment progrem to advance the capital (mining) assets.
Hopefully Sergey actually follows through with this (equity market cap program) - and gets gonig with it very soon. Also, new investors (both instituational and private) are going to look for stability. They also need to feel comfortable that he is not going to dilute the equity shares further and that he is not going to take the company private anytime soon.
It looks like Sergey said all the right things in the interview.
