Buyers wait for the company to declare bankruptcy any pick up the tech for pennies on the dollar. The ONLY thing that makes a HARDWARE company valuable is REVENUE. You won't get fancy valuations typical of software companies. That's why I sold 30,000 shares at 20 cents and I'm glad I'm out. It bought then at over a dollar so it's a big loss but at least I don't have to worry about Chapter 11.
