LOL, a nobody, an FT interloper, pretends to have insider information on ECS. Laughable!  She still  is wandering around outside the kindergarten playground, dressed in her baby clothes and with a full diaper.  Obviously disoriented.  Needs to crawl back to her playground for a diaper change and bottle.  Baby can't read and easy to see why she is totally confused about the term, "strategic agreement".  Certainly, she doesn't know that sale of a scriticals minerals company to China, especially in light of the president's EO, probably would need government OK and would be difficult at best.  Now go away, you are wasting our time and your soiled diaper is really starting to stink!  You have gone away from my perspective as you join my elite Ignore list, a kinda Ship of Fools.  Suggest others do the same unless they enjoy a woman making a fool of herself.
