Wrong, Cavin comes on here like he knows what he is doing. Not sure what business he has here trying to bash over nothing but you would think being a shorter he would know a simple detail of the report. 

12 million shares are not short, that is the number of shares that were traded short over a 15 day period. No one knows how many positions are still open. Short today 1000 and cover tomorrow and 1000 shares gets added to the report
