You talk with zero facts lol. They have a LOI to sell control of their company; the license would still be biocanna tech's just under the new control of ACG. I'm not sure how you think that would affect their approval in any way? If anything it would aid in their efforts. It shows they would now have the financial backing and partnerships needed to supply the amounts of bud the gov't wants to see coming out of these producers.
