Keyword being potential. There's a reason Canopy doesn't want anything to do with America.

"The CSA is considering whether our disclosure-based approach for issuers with U.S. marijuana-related activities remains appropriate in light of the rescission of the Cole Memorandum. Issuers with no U.S. marijuana-related activities and that otherwise operate in compliance with applicable Canadian laws are not the focus."

As for Canada, their ACMPR application lists Merritt as their location, but they haven't submitted a new application for Oliver. No chance the break ground in March.

"Changes to your site location/address: Applicants at the Detailed Review stage must submit a new application in its entirety for assessment; the previous application will be closed. The new application will be returned to the Detailed Review and Security Clearance stage. This change will have a significant impact on processing time. Alternatively, the applicant may withdraw the current application and submit the new site application."
