dittttooooo...., Biovail Pharmaceutical's founder, chairman CEO., Eugene Melnyck also had decades of successful experience. Exemplary track record.

Then friendly merger with Valeant Pharma. A few years along, Eugene didnt like what the new board was planning, as/ for long term strategy.   The new board voted Eugene out., off..

Look what happened to Valeant 2016, 2017   not pretty.... oh they didnt smoke weed...
