RE:Discovery Air Takeover Dispute

I don't think the UNsecured debenture holders have much recourse here. Clairvest currently has $20M+ accrued losses on the Discovery air investment which are likely to get reversed with the CATS contract win and the re-valuation of Discovery air defense @ $150M+ based on the equity financing of $25M for 16%.
