RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ABCN showed some strength into the close

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ABCN showed some strength into the closeI have no idea what you're saying and this goes back to your none sense on ABcann being not overvalued. A bought deal works by the co-runners/lead and sole book runner agreeing to purchase X amount of a company's stock at Y price. SET. They are then responsible for selling the shares to any clients that are in their contact book at W amount for Z price. This was signed and contractual as soon as it was signed in the background, but cemented with the PR from ABcann.

The only way the deal can fall through is for the buy sides/clients/institutions that bought the "W amount of shares at Z price" to sue. No one is going to sue, and just because Canaccord raised ABcann at $3.50 doesn't mean it's valued there. Once again, Canaccord simply has to sell these shares to their clients voluntarily and that's how they profit.

So let's stop falsely thinking completely on the wrong track, just like the naive thoughts that ABcann actually deserves this valuation. Quicker you realize, faster you stop setting yourself up for a bull trap.
