if acb sp <12.65 option 2 is the best.

for example.
on Friday, after average down, my cost per share is 30.62

acb now = 8.50.

if i choose option 1

8.50 x 3.4 = 28.9 - my average cost = -1.72

if I choose option 2

8.50 x 2.95 +5.7 = 30.775 - my average cost = 0.15

so i am still ok for now.
