RE:2 years ago takeover attmept at $2.80I find it astonishing to think that 2 years ago people valued the company at $2.80/sh and since then there have been a huge improvement in fundamentals, smaller share count because of the buy back, and clearer communication with the market, oh AND an uplist to the TSX! At these levels the yield is north of an absurd 8%! The fear of rate hikes is nothing compared to the benefit of a lower corporate tax rate. Sure PTG wil pay higher interest costs because of the hikes but revenues should increase disproportionately because of increased capex spending efforts by its customers as a result of the tax cuts in the US. At least this is my theory. Time will tell if it's proven right. Cheers!
