RE:Is NG already 'mining' CBGDF?

Going to be interesting to see what the Nordgold strategy is going to be. Keep in mind, we, Columbus need money. As of the end of September in the recent Sedar filing, we're saying we have about $1.4 million in cash. I would imagine that by now after the spin-out, that balance has dropped considerably. I see that we're chasing NG for $2 million in past expenses, which I'm sure they're dragging their feet with. So I think while our cash burn has to have slowed, we still have expenses that need to be met. Can that be why the share price has been depressed? Is NG using proxies to hold down the price as to force a secondary to be priced here near it's 52 week low, in order to scoop up more shares to hit the "friendly 19.9%"? Again, if they hold 55% of FG, and 20% of Columbus they're in the catbird seat to decide our fate. At that point they can leave FG on the back burner until all the legalities are ironed out as most of their investment here will have been paid for. That gives them breathing room to focus on Burkina Faso opportunities that are popping up all over. We'll soon see.....
