Bruce, Doron and the BOD Actually no point picking on Doron. He is just a smart cookie looking after himself.
Not being a member of EUO’s BOD, he has no fiduciary duty to EUO shareholders which leaves him blameless for cutting the best deal(s) possible for himself.
Is he overpaid and does he have questionable side deals on the go? If so, the blame doesn’t fall on him. Blame squarely resides with EUO’s BOD which must have sanctioned these deals.
It’s essentially a ONE member board:
(One calling the shots and four “puppets” who either don’t know or simply don’t care).
If anything ever happens, these four will have a difficult time claiming ignorance. Especially the three who have been around for a while.
