Looks like Wingclip has just been reincarnated as ThrillerHe is back! Lookd like Wingclip just reincarnated himself as Thriller as of yesterday Feb 3
These guys are really getting desperate and will stop at nothing to bash! They must be starting to get vey nervous..
Last week was the AGM and a few posts were put up about about what Management conveyed at the AGM by some
Below are a couple of posts I have re-copied for those that want to see what the company talked about from questions from those in attendance..
Copy from fb
So just a quick recap of the main points of todays agm. I will write more tomorrow or if anyone has specific questions. 1) all members were elected with Arni coming on board. I had a good chat with him afterwards and he will be a good addition team. 2) Packaging expected next Thursday so everything they are producing now will be in dispensaries first week of Feb. hopefully. They have orders at 35 dispensaries. They will also being selling live resin and oil a very costly and rare product. But no sales to date. Brad said once the sales start and they can produce numbers share holders will be happy. However it will take some time to get the canni strips name out. 3) Hoping for construction permits from the city with in the next 4 weeks. Then approx 120 days after that for completion. 4) There is no formal or in formal deals with a Canadian companies but they have been talking as they see this a risk mitigator for the current America regulators. 4) There were two "unahppy" investors but brad answered their questions as honestly as he could. Nothing was hidden. It still might be some time before we see the price going but I am feeling alot more comfortable holding long. I will also be getting some of the product to review. Will try to post something online. The meeting was video and audio recordered. Any questions feel free to ask. We wont be rich tomorrow but give it time and patience I dint think you will be disappointed

AGM points continued.
- A question was asked about the reason for the number of agreements R2T, CPSA etc. Although the exact details of the agreements were not discussed under California Law the marijuana producer license holder "CSPA" must be a non for profit organization. Therefore LDS would not be able to hold the license. This is regulation is supposedly going to be changed. Timeline unknown. There are also various tax benefits of having separate entities like agro, scientific and real estate arms of the parent company.
- The permits (construction permit) for the facility I mentioned are for their grow facility. Right now in their completed facility, they are able to extract biomass for production of oils, and canna strips. They are able to produce and package the cannistrips. They also have a nursery where they are able to start plants but do not have the capacity to grow the plants. Right now they have to get their biomass from a third party. Although they have a good source there is always a risk of contamination or natural disaster. The new 200k sq foot facility which its size is also regulated by Cali law will be split up into numerous greenhouses has to be done by law and leased out to third-party growers but overseen by LDS to make sure they meet their quality requirements. The new facility will be powered by gas turbines. Electricity is very expensive in the high desert. While a higher upfront cost will be required they long term savings will be immense. Think switching the lights in your house to LED. The city is still studying the requirements required for the gas turbines and LDS has hired the engineers that did a similar project for UC Berkely. Once the city issues permits construction should take about 120 days. Once they are able to grow their own product this should result in a decrease of production cost about 25%. Its unknown how long it might take the city to issue the permits but Brad was hoping within the next two months.
- The Marketing plan this was one of the questions I asked and all that was answered was as soon as the dispensaries start getting cannistrips ( first week of February hopefully ) we should start seeing them pop up on weedmaps.com. right after. I hope they also start to use social media more or engaging the dispensaries to market using their social media more. I suggest every time anyone calls Phil you ask them where is your social media I think this an area they could improve and really help their future growth and sales. If enough people mention it to them.
- As mentioned they will be producing a packaged cannistrip for about .13-15 cents selling them to dispensaries for $1 and dispensaries will have to sell them for $2 . Anyone caught price gouging will not be able to distribute them. IMO other companies will not be able to compete with LDS on economies of scale production perspective to offer such margins. Think about it you cant even buy a coffee nowadays for $2.
- Brad repeated many times that there are no formal or informal discussions with Canadian companies at this time but are exploring this avenue to mitigate the risk associated with the US market. LDS has always been a medicinal MJ producer and they will only ship to dispensaries with a California license. Its up to the dispensaries to decide if they will sell to adult or medical customers. So long as there are protections against medical MJ producers LDS is in ok. From a securities perspective, one of the directors told me the statement from the CSC was oriented for new listings. I asked him in a doomsday scenario if delisting occurred your holdings would simply be transferred over to the OTC market. I dont think this will happen. The issue with a JV in Canada is until they can get clearance from Health Canada about the delivery system of Cannistrips it will be considered an edible which will be illegal in Canada untill 2019. However that might change. My understanding of what Brad said and this might be clarified once the recording comes out is that they cant get clinical trials in Canada until the FDA approves it first.
- LDS want to publish their sales on a monthly basis. It seems like thier first sales will come in February so it will be either annouced in a NR or may be included in monthly report found here a very good source for shareholders for LDS ongoings.

So we might get something when they first send out the first batch in Febuary but I think March will be the earliest we wil see a full month of numbers which might keep the SP down for a bit longer than we would like. Hope not.
-In terms of patents, all that was mentioned was that Dr Sanderson made another improvement to the patent in the last few months. Again exact wording hopefully when the audio/video records come out its a bit clear. Hopefully they edit out my questions and not answers as I was a bit nervous and sounded like a dofus. Thats all I can think of now thanks to the others who filled in the group as well.
********I am hoping to have a cannistrip sample very soon maybe even next week that I will have a friend sample and write up an honest review for the group. Stay tuned.

Due your own due dilligence and phone the company to address any concerns you may have rather than listening to the 3-4 non stop bashers who continually change their aliases.
