RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Strong StockSp manipulation, cross trades, free trades and painted closes are SOP with little and inexpensive stocks on the Ventures/OTC. Painted closes are especially common--usually with just a couple hundred shares or so trade. But such a walkdown in share price doesn't mean anything (especially at these low trading volumes) for actual investors. All it means is a chance to pick up a few more shares at discounted prices. Probably good idea given the truly amazing pace of significant news releases--a rapidly developing company in best businesses at exactly the right time. But the manipulation does scare out those who panic and shouldn't even be in speculative stocks (more suited for IBM or AAPL). Those foolish enough to have stop-loss orders with such a manipulated stock can be sure the mm see those and will grab the low hanging fruit.
