Wouldn't you rather see them try to do a deal with a recognized biopharma, before putting the boots to your shareholdings?
I'm suggesting a deal that gets positive market acceptance, and moves the stock even to a few dollars, and then do a share consolidation, if necessary, but at a reasonable level.
Believe me, the consolidation will be brutal, since it will happen in the absence of good news.
The share consolidation will come soon, and with lots of dilution to follow.
I hope that you're aware of the consequence of a yes vote.
I will vote no.
