RE:RE:Acquisition and financing

RE:RE:Acquisition and financingHi there I saw one news that Cominar sold 97 non-core properties to Slate for $1.14 billion but now I am seeing Slate is only acquiring seven assets for $191.4 million.  Which is which?  Is Slate buy 97 properties or seven?  Can anybody confirm?  And also regarding this seven-property acquisition, it's supposed to require a unitholder approval at a unitholder meeting held on March 8, 2018.  For those of you own units in Slate Reit, did you guys receive any notice on that?  I don't remember I did.
