Net income Loss of 1,372,914, egh. Sad story.
The Company has been incurring operating losses and cash flow deficits since its inception. What a poor run company indeed.
How can you not turn a profit after the boom into this space over the last year, shameful.
The Company’s operations are not yet sustaining. As such, the Company has been depleting its invested capital and is dependent upon obtaining necessary financing from time to time to finance its on-going and planned activities and to cover administrative costs. More shares to be issued to keep this non proprietary in debt company alive.
Further, regulatory evolution and uncertainty may require the Company to alter its business plan and make further investments to react to regulatory changes. Yup, sounds about right, time to start a whole new business because this one isn't working that's for sure!
At October 31, 2017, the Company had a working capital of $1,325,996 (July 31, 2017 – $2,391,482), spent $689,664 (October 31, 2017 - $733,228) of cash for operating activities, had not yet achieved profitable operations, has accumulated losses of $11,697,447 and expects to incur further losses in the development of its business, all of which describes the material uncertainties that cast significant doubt upon the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. The Company will require additional financing in order to conduct its planned business operations, meet its ongoing levels of corporate overhead and discharge its liabilities and commitments as they come due. There is no assurance that the Company will successfully raise this financing.
By reading the finances of this company you can see what is about to happen.
Take you money & run because you EAT has a long way to fall before.
This is the perfect example of a bad investment.
