Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The catalyst will be a highly dilutive financing. Good for them (they don't own much stock) and they will have lots of money to keep themselves going for quite a while.
Do a good deal first, is my response. Then talk about a share consolidation.
Do you think the option of a 1 new for 15 old would be on the table, if they had something lined up?
