Nutritional High Announces Private Placement of $10M Convertible Debenture Units

Calyx Distributes FL Products to 6 California Dispensaries
Nutritional High is pleased to announce the sales of FL-branded cartridges continue to expand in the California market and the Company is pleased to report that the following six new dispensaries began carrying FLI vape cartridges. The continued success in expanding product distribution to licensed retail stores is due to Calyx Brands Inc.’s strong reach and network in the California market. Calyx Receives Temporary Adult Use Distributor License for California
The Company is pleased to announce that Calyx, a leading distributor of cannabis products in California, has received an Adult Use – Distributor Temporary License from the California Bureau of Cannabis Control. More about Calyx's Adult Use License here.
TKO Progresses toward Securing a Marijuana Business License
Nutritional High is pleased to announce that TKO Products, a leading marijuana infused edibles manufacturer in California, has received notification from the City of Long Beach that it has advanced to the final review stage of the Medical Marijuana Business License Application process.
