These guys performed an acquisition of crypto mining company right in middle of crypto bubble, then they issue options to themselves vesting Immediately at 0.22 just so they have chance to convert and sell shares before SP plummets too much.

Managements that pull such actions typically only think of themselves and not shareholders.
