Yes, please refer to their recent SEC filing on Sedar. The company announced last wednesday that they will be rebanding their name to "Calyx Ventures Inc" as if today Feb 5. Getting rid of the 'Bio', probably due to the fact of their diversification into blockchain and cryptocurrency mining ontop of their agriculture software integration
