I wonder if Canopy Growth and Invctus have spoken about a buyout. I noticed recently, since Invictus subsidiary sold marijuana to Canopy, we have been mirroring Canopy's action closely. I don't think this activity has anything to do with being added to the marijuana ETF. I think Canopy and Invictus have a much closer relationship then what we are privy to. To what extent is this considered insider information and should be disclosed if Canopy and Invictus have discussed and is waiting for certain milestones such as Acreage plant or License being issued for sales?
