Broader market is definitely a factor, but in general, the valuation has always been lower because their ceiling is lower. Their US operations, at full capacity, might generate 100M in revenue one day. Their Canadian license would pump that up a bit for sure, but 5 months away from July they don’t even have a temporary production license. They are way behind in Canada and it’s hard to imagine they’ll be selling in Canada in 2018. Plus they have issued 500 million shares and have shown no slowdown in new issuances. If they want to expand further - it will be more shares issued, which could quickly be a huge problem.

Anyone currently in a loss position I would say sit tight. It will bounce back up to $1.00 eventually. When they get closer to legalization day in Massachusetts it could pop, but right now the only thing that will make it move is progress in Canada or Trump announcing he will support legislation empowering individual states.
