As a holder of the stock for 3 years I can only conclude that there are only one of two reasons why we have not replaced Helm yet. First, all the news reports and articles we have been reading for the past year about auto manufacturers desperately trying to lock in long term lithium supply contracts is false. If I really believed that I would have sold my shares. Second, management is suffering from the same problem I have with my golf swing; namely, "paralysis from analysis". Someone here wrote that management had indicated to him that immediately subsequent to announcing that the Helm arrangment had ended their phones began ringing off the hook. So there are interested parties and that is very good. But, as in the past, everything seems to be later rather then sooner with this management. We don't need to do a perfect deal, a "solid" deal would be more than adequate.

They knew the Helm deal was shaky long before it finally collapsed. They have been to Asia twice now in the past 2 months. What is taking so long????

It's the way of the CRE. Hurry up and wait.
