Discussing "Responsible mining" in Armenian Parliament

On February 2, 2018 one of the biggest Armenian mining companies, Vallex Group, announced about closing the Teghut Mine, a major copper and molybdenum open-pit mine in Armenia lounched in December, 2014. In the announcement it states also about discharge of 1200 employees. 
Today, in Armenian parliament was discussed the issues of so called "responsible mining", when mining companies devastate the Armenian natural resources and leaving the burden of elimination of consequences on the Government. It was mentioned that Amulsar project MUST BE STOPPED, to avoid the Teghut situation.
