RE:RE:RE:RE:#NoFreeSharesForPiratesChevy,
I'm not pointing a finger at anyone in particular. How can I? The pirates are like black holes. By the early 70's some astrophysicists knew they were there, but physical evidence was missing. Now we know at the centre of every Galaxy there is a massive black hole, as well as numerous smaller holes throughout. The trading pattern for IVN clearly shows a determined effort to break the stock. In my opinion, and from what I can see, this involves collusion between traders. I know they're out there, but I'm not in a position to identify them. So, it could be anyone(s).
I don't believe it is in the best interests of shareholders to issue cheap shares at $2.50 or $3.50, along with numerous options for the same price. It's not fair to shareholders who believe in management. Dilution may be necessary, but not at these low prices. Debt is still very reasonable. Despite all the talk of rate hikes, they're taking baby steps of 25 basis points. If central banks manage 1% for the year, it's a major accomplishment. Quality projects can still find reasonable rates. Together with IVN's plan to bootstrap smaller operations into economies of scale, financing can be kept to a minimum. You want equity financing when the share price is up. Fill up the till when demand is high. As long as cheap shares are not issued, it doesn't matter where the price action goes. Just keep driving to the target.
