This company and noticed the bids at 0.62, price at 0.64 , and ask at 0.70

Seems like they know how to build the share price up, or at least get the price they want with out losing the marketcap value of the company while selling their shares. (V.PWM).

NOT Pumping, just showing as an example of not losing the marketcap value of a company. Or there is no shorters present there.
