Should go up from here?

Now that the PP is done, drilling will start again in Nevada and Argentina which should increase the resource and value. Lithium X voted in favor of the deal, now PE has apparently a very deep pocket 20% shareholder with Nextview and last the Pilot Plant is in the process of getting built, Lithium prices going up, good management, all are very good reasons why PE should start very soon heading up in SP. Any Thoughts?
