I see this comment as key....it’s always money.

As well as complaining about what they see as an excessively ambitious timetable, the provinces also say they need federal money to meet the extra costs of enforcing the new rules.

However, the Government is sticking to its previous target for this summer and oposition parties have already stated that they will not be obstructionist regarding the legalization of MJ.
