RE:CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

RE:CLASS ACTION LAWSUITI believe there is case for class action here. Horizon stopped publishing end of day NAV as of today for HIV. They know they screwed up.
On the page titled mechanics of HIV, horizon clearly states the fund will track 4 PM closing prices and very specific about not reflecting 4:15 closing.
Where as if it followed 4:00 PM valuation, the NAV published was $12.7 against $13.4 closing price.
By next morning this should have been around $10.
Something is not right here as horizon followed a custom index that should reflect the 4PM price until next day.
Please read the page titled mechanics of HIV  and share what you think.
I feel we have a case here to litigate.
