The Oro property is a gold-silver-copper- lead-zinc property, which is in the southwest of the Silver City porphyry copper district.

Electrum Special Acquisition Corp's (blank check company) shareholder's approved the resolution to extend the date by which a business combination needs to happen (for the third time) to 5th Jun. We will know soon enough (next ~3 weeks) if the remaining 40% of CLM is what they are after. Currently they have ~$130M in the corpus.
