My pet theory on this one is that after a quarter or two of solid financials PHM will be bought out by a larger player. This would make sense in the context of the split, as the standalone new PHM with decent financials behind it would be a good acquisition target Their might not have been the same willingness from the Viemed side in the old PHM.
