RE:RE:RE:Rats and sinking ships It has no liabilities becuase it has sold everything and has no current operations... The writing is on the wall, this company is dissolving. Read the link goldenboy33 posted, it directly says this. The ROC was to give shareholders back the money they invested before the company goes under.
