It's like saying you'll be home for supper and you have an accident on the way home. That doesn't mean you lied. It means your prediction of being home for supper was wrong and if you survive the accident you may still get some supper but later. This is a very simplified explanation for you and hopefully you may understand.
I don't know what your experience is in business but your posts reveal a very limited understanding of the stock market, manufacturing and sales.
