RE:RE:Horizons caught offside by short selling ban.Bang on..i had(have) a large position and watched carefully the prospectus and how they went down from $10bid ask on Tuesday morning, changed to $5 and $3.5 upto $2. 
If we look at the Mechanics of HVI published by Horizon, it's plenty clear the afterhours should not effect the value of this fund. When it opens trading the next day, It's a new day and that days percentage change in their custom index should reflect in the price. 
For anyone that care to pursue it, there is a clear case to litigate here. 
It's a different matter with XIV and SVXY as they are not explicit in stating 4:00PM cutoff and therefore are subject to squeeze/index change that happened between 4 and 4:15,
