RE:A shift positive has occurred... I say...were going up...!I am not negative at all, i am making an observation based on LVL 2.  I am long here, haven't sold a share and have been adding.  Just looking at LVL 2 it isn't supported until 16.  

I don't care as I am not selling near term, you get runs like yesterday and the flippers come in... which I hate is all.
