Dilution

Dilution344,166,198 shares fully diluted

+20,000,000 new shares
+20,000,000 new warrants
 
All in FGD is looking at ~11.6% dilution
SP was at $0.25
Based on the new dilution, we should expect the SP to settle at ~$0.22.
(but that is not taking into account the beneficial financial position that FGD would be in if all warrants and options were exercised - and that the SP would have to be considerably higher for the warrants and options to actually be exercised)
